Founder, Co-Owner and Operator
Tyler founded Squeaky T’s in 2019 with a mission to build a business rooted in his community and centered around exceptional customer service. Through lawn-sign advertising, door-to-door conversations, and word-of-mouth referrals, Tyler grew the business by creating real relationships with customers. As Squeaky T’s expanded, Tyler built out the team while maintaining high quality standards through thorough training and skill development. After completing his degree at Ivey Business School, Tyler now works in sales helping restaurant owners thrive with the same customer-first approach.
Co-Owner and Operator
Ryan joined the Squeaky T’s team in 2024 and quickly proved himself as a natural. Through consistent training and a strong work ethic, he’s developed into a skilled window cleaner and essential part of our operations. Ryan brings the same discipline to everything he does—whether it’s growing the business, pursuing his degree at Laurier University, or pushing his limits training for an Ironman triathlon. We’re pumped to have Ryan returning as a Co-Owner and Operator for the 2026 season!
Window Cleaning Specialist
Charlie joined the Squeaky T’s team as a sales representative, spending two summers honing his ability to connect with customers and grow the business from the ground up. With a Commerce degree from Dalhousie University, earned while competing as a student athlete on the tennis team, Charlie brings a rare combination of business savvy, discipline, and drive to everything he does. His natural communication skills, sharp eye for detail, and commitment to doing things right make him an invaluable part of the team. We’re excited to have Charlie on board for the 2026 season!
